Departmet of Administration
Administration plays a prime role in the effective management of a mammoth educational institute like M.I.T., Pune. The volume of work in such an ever-growing Institute is stupendous and it encompasses number of activities related to the staff as well as student community - like Admissions, Fee acceptance & other financial matters, Students record & handling of the day-today queries by the students, Recruitment of staff & handling of their records, conducting examinations, issue of timely instructions to staff & students of the various departments, resolving the procedural matters related to the University, Directorate of Technical Education (M.S.), Department of Higher & Technical Education (M.S.), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and other similar works. Once the student or a staff becomes the member of MIT family, the caring activity of the Administrative Department gets on till the staff or student marches out the college and even through Alumni activity, the department is constantly in contact with the passed out graduates.

STAFF
Registrar - Handling and Co-ordinating the overall administrative & financial matters of the entire MAEER Trust
Deputy Registrar - Looks after the administrative matters related to students & staff and correspondence with outside statutory bodies. He is assisted by Shri V. B. Patil, Shri P. M. Kadam, Shri Mukund Datar, Smt. Kavita Salunkhe and other dedicated staff.
Chief Accounts & Finance Officer- Looks after all the financial matters of the entire MAEER Trust. He is assisted by Shri G.T. Devadkar,
Ms. N.H. Godse, Shri S.G. Laturkar and other sincere staff for smooth & systematic functioning of the financial related matters
Students Section
This section looks after the various information and maintenance of record pertaining to the students and their academic performance.
He is assisted by Mrs. S. G. Gogate, Ms. Sangita Pile, Mr. R. S. Somase, Mr. P. D. Bondre.
