Qualifying Examination & Eligibility
A candidate will be eligible for admission subject to compliance of all the following conditions.
He/She must have passed qualifying examination viz., Secondary School Certificate Exam of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent examination approved by the government of Maharashtra State, Bombay, with marks at least 50% if not from backward class and at least 45% marks if from backward class of Maharashtra state.
Fifty percent(50%) seats shall be reserved for Backward classes in the matter of admission to polytechnic as per Government orders issued from time to time.
Duration of Courses
The duration of the full-time diploma courses will be as prescribed by the Board of Technical Examination (B.T.E.), Maharashtra State.
It is a 3 years (Non-Sandwich Pattern). The examination will be conducted by the Board of Technical Examinations, Maharashtra State, Mumbai at the end of each academic year. The same board will also give award of the Diploma/Certificate.
Examination System
Yearly pattern with the rules and regulations of the Board of technical Examination, Maharashtra. The Board conducts the examination at the end of each academic year for the theory papers. Practical examinations are conducted in the presence of internal and external examiners. Term work gives importance to the attendance, regular submission of the assignments and the work done throughout the year. Projects are compulsory in the Third Year Diploma courses of all branches. Sectional Marks are given for the performance in all the subjects throughout the year.
Fee Structure
Our institute is governed by the rules and regulations as lay down by Department of Higher and Technical education, Government of Maharashtra. Hence we follow Government declared fee structure.
